Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this latest photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
